Veterinary pet Acupuncture

Acupuncture, an ancient treatment modality that is part of traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM), is now available at Coral Veterinary Clinic.

Pet Herbal Medicine

Sometimes the application of Chinese Herbal Medicine is chosen by the knowledgeable veterinarian as a support for the acupuncture, or on occasion, in lieu of it. Herbs are frequently used in situation that have not responded to traditional western veterinary medical practices.

Therapeutic Laser

Laser therapy, or "photobiomodulation", is the use of specific wavelengths of light to create therapeutic effects. These effects include improved healing time, pain reduction, increased circulation and decreased swelling.

During each painless treatment, laser energy increases circulation, drawing water, oxygen and nutrients to the damaged area. THis creates an optimal healing environment that reduces inflammation, swelling, muscle spasms, stiffness and pain.
